Shows en vivo sin protocolo en plena pandemia

El emblemático lugar de Mar del Plata es sede de espectáculos al aire libre sin distanciamiento social y con poco uso de barbijo

Una de las zonas más icónicas de Mar del Plata está inmersa en el descontrol: todas las tardes hay show musicales en vivo donde no se respetan los protocolos y el riesgo de contagio de coronavirus es evidente. Además denuncian que hay veredas rotas y bolsas de basura apiladas en los distintos rincones.

La famosa rambla, esa pasarela con vista al mar que integra a los tradicionales edificios diseñados por el arquitecto Alejandro Bustillo y alberga al monumento más famoso de Mar del Plata -los lobos marinos esculpidos en piedra por José Fioravanti-, muestra signos de desidia y, lo que es peor en el marco de la pandemia de Covid-19: posibles focos contagiosos.

Justo detrás del edificio del Casino Central, en el sector con vista al mar, las escalinatas que dan inicio del paseo se convierten en una tribuna que congrega todas las tardes al público de algunos artistas callejeros que se apostan en el sitio. Si bien la platea se encuentra al aire libre, el problema radica en la falta de distanciamiento social entre los espectadores, muchos de los cuales no usan de barbijo o lo llevan mal puesto debajo de la nariz.

Según informó La Capital, en la Rambla, antes de llegar a los lobos marinos de piedra (caminando de norte a sur), la vereda pierde su línea ya que varias filas de baldosas fueron retiradas, pero no repuestas aún. Asimismo, los papeles, utensilios de comida al paso -como bandejitas o cubiertos de plástico y hasta vasos- se amontonan ante la ausencia de cestos de residuos. Y los existentes, muchos días, se ven colapsados por la falta de mantenimiento.

La recova, justo debajo del edificio del Casino Central, alberga a algunos establecimientos gastronómicos y también suele aglutinar desechos de todo tipo y destilar olores muy diferentes al desinfectante o la lavandina.

Incluso, muchos utilizan la recova para refugiarse del viento y hasta el monumento a Almirante Brown suele ser usado para instalarse, cerca del lugar donde aún quedan algunas marcas del retrato pintado del ex presidente Néstor Kirchner. Con los lobos marinos de piedra como telón de fondo, la escalinata que conduce desde la plazoleta Almirante Brown hasta la arena, también se convierte en platea al aire libre para escuchar temas melódicos transformados en “covers”.

La misma situación se repite en la otra escalera, que da paso al sector del Paseo Hermitage. Sin bien se trata de espectáculos al aire libre, en todos los casos se reitera la aglomeración de gente sin ningún tipo de cuidado. La situación es contraria a lo recomendado por los protocolos de higiene y seguridad para el funcionamiento de los teatros, por ejemplo.
